The Foreign Ministries of Ukraine and Poland evacuated 16 Ukrainians from the Middle East to Warsaw

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine evacuated citizens who wished to return from the Middle East to Ukraine.

On 11–12 March 2026, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland, carried out an evacuation during which 16 Ukrainian citizens were transported to Warsaw.

Ukrainian diplomats in Poland, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Kuwait took part in organising the safe return of citizens who found themselves in difficult conditions due to armed conflict in the region.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine stated that it continues to provide necessary support to Ukrainians in the Middle East and other regions of the world. The Ministry’s 24-hour hotline is available at +38-044-238-15-88.
