In Kyiv, the Equality March will take place on 21 June 2026, the central human rights event of Pride Month, dedicated to supporting equal rights and dignity for the LGBTQ+ community. This was announced by the public organisation “KyivPride” on their Instagram page.
Before the Equality March, on 14 June, the charitable festival KyivPride Park will be held. The event combines public discussions, artistic performances, and community gatherings.

June is recognised as Pride Month in many countries. During this time, cultural, educational, and human rights events are held to support equal rights and visibility for LGBTQ+ people.
In 2025, the KyivPride Park festival included discussions, artistic performances, and an open mic. The organisers managed to raise over 170,000 UAH to support the “Sternenko Community” charity fund.
