The Reserve+ app now offers the option of deferral for parents raising three or more children. This can be done regardless of whether the children were born in or out of wedlock. This was reported by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
To obtain a deferral, the children must be under 18 years of age and born in Ukraine. There must also be no alimony debts or debts exceeding three months, and personal data must be entered in state registers.
The registration process is fully automated: no applications, certificates or visits to regional centres or administrative service centres are required.
It is noted that registration takes from a few minutes to several hours.
