The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, together with the Ministry of Education and Science, Genesis, and the online studio EdEra, are launching the first educational course-builder, “Career Skills,” for Ukrainian universities.
The course is structured around real product IT cases and focuses on three main areas:
- Career guidance: students learn how to choose a career path, prepare an effective CV, and confidently pass job interviews.
- Soft skills: including teamwork, conflict resolution, and basic cyber hygiene.
- Learning in the age of AI: students will learn how to use artificial intelligence in work, set goals, and develop critical thinking skills.
The course uses a modular architecture on the Strum LMS platform. Lecturers can deliver it as an optional subject, integrate individual modules into existing courses, or use the materials as a basis for practical training.
To gain access to the materials and the right to teach the course, lecturers must complete a short online intensive, running from 23 March to 23 April 2026 via webinars and self-paced work on the platform.
Upon successful completion, lecturers will receive a professional development certificate (2 ECTS credits), full access to teaching materials, and technical support from the developers.
