Ukraine has launched a state programme titled Winter Admission, aimed at supporting children and young people from temporarily occupied territories (TOT) who wish to enrol in Ukrainian higher education institutions.
The initiative provides comprehensive assistance to applicants during the admission campaign and throughout their studies.
Within the programme, participants will receive preparation for the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT), entrance examinations and psychological support.
After successful admission, the state guarantees free tuition at higher education institutions, accommodation in student dormitories and a monthly scholarship.
It is noted that this format of support is intended to ensure equal access to Ukrainian education for young people from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
