Over 140,000 food packages have been received by residents of Kherson from the Ukrainian Red Cross

According to the Ukrainian Red Cross, since the beginning of 2024, over 140,000 residents of Kherson have received food packages. This humanitarian aid has been provided in collaboration with the World Food Programme (WFP) and is aimed at supporting the most vulnerable populations in the city.

Each food package contains non-perishable items necessary to meet basic nutritional needs. The packages include oil, sugar, canned meat, pasta, and other products.

Despite the challenging situation in the region, including shelling and other threats, Red Cross volunteers continue to deliver humanitarian aid daily to elderly people, individuals with disabilities, and other categories of the population who are most in need of support.

Red Cross representatives express their sincere gratitude to partners for their assistance and support. Thanks to these joint efforts, they are able to provide essential aid to thousands of people affected by the armed conflict.

We have previously announced the registration for free online IT training for women.
