Career сonsultations for youth from NFPA Ukraine

In today’s world, choosing a profession and finding employment can be a serious challenge for young people. The project “Y.E.S: Youth – Pillars of Resilience” provides an opportunity to receive professional assistance aimed at enhancing economic viability through training, employment, and business. This project is implemented by the MARTIN Club in partnership with UNFPA (United Nations Population Fund) with financial support from the Czech Republic and the Republic of Estonia.

What does the project offer?

Career Guidance:

  • Assistance in identifying potential fields of activity that match the interests and abilities of young people.
  • Support in professional development, including finding training programs and educational platforms.

Employment:

  • Assistance in preparing resumes and cover letters to help candidates stand out.
  • Interview preparation to help young people confidently answer questions and showcase their skills.
  • Guidance on effective job searching and using modern methods to attract employers’ attention.

Career Questions:

  • Developing a career plan to clearly define professional goals and the steps to achieve them.
  • Assistance in resolving workplace conflicts, improving work relationships, and achieving career objectives.
  • Guidance on promotions, job transfers, or even resignations if necessary for career advancement.

Starting Your Own Business:

  • Guidance on starting a business, including legal and financial aspects.
  • Development of a business plan for a successful entrepreneurial launch.
  • Advice on running a business to avoid common mistakes and ensure stable growth.
