House of Europe has opened applications for the “Leadership in Culture” category within the House of Europe Award. The nomination is intended for individuals living in Ukraine and working in the cultural sector.
Organisers are inviting candidates with a portfolio of projects implemented between 2022 and 2025, particularly cultural initiatives aimed at partnership with EU countries and the integration of Ukraine’s cultural sector into the European space.
The winner will receive a cash prize of €1,500 as well as communication support.
Applicants may submit projects implemented with the support of House of Europe, as well as initiatives carried out under other programmes or funded independently.
Experience of participation in or cooperation with EU programmes, including Erasmus+ and Creative Europe, will be considered an advantage.
Applications are open until 5 March 2026 at 15:00 Kyiv time via the official award website. Candidates may apply themselves or nominate another professional.
Additional information about the terms of participation will be available during an online presentation on 19 February at 13:00 Kyiv time, held as a live broadcast on Facebook. Organisers have noted that the recording will remain available.
