Acceleration is announcing a call for applications from Ukrainian entrepreneurs to participate in the EIT Founders2Founders program. The program will feature a series of free one-day workshops in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, and Dnipro.
This project aims to support Ukrainian startups in their efforts to successfully compete in the European market and attract investments by enhancing their strategic capabilities and market entry preparation.
The program will include 5 one-day English-language offline workshops featuring training sessions and practical work.
Training Topics:
- Business strategy, including Unique Selling Proposition (USP), marketing, and sales
- Market entry into Europe and product development
- Financing, including fundraising and external funding
- Tools for finding partners, national and international business and innovation development programs, and investment attraction
- Legal requirements, including Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), GDPR, and investment documents
- Effective pitching and product presentation
After the theoretical sessions, startups will participate in practical exercises on the following topics:
- Business strategy, including Unique Selling Proposition (USP), marketing, and sales
- Market entry into Europe and product development
- Legal requirements, including Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), GDPR, and investment documents
During the workshops, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Master key business concepts and develop business skills in areas such as business strategy, marketing, sales, and enterprise management
- Learn about the opportunities offered by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) and its Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs)
- Receive practical recommendations and advice from entrepreneurs and investors
- Expand their network of useful contacts and make new connections
- Improve their pitching skills to more effectively attract investors and other stakeholders
Participation in the event is open to founders and team members of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups who:
- Are registered in Ukraine or have relocated from Ukraine to a European Union member state, an Overseas Country and Territory (OCT), or an associated country of the Horizon Europe program after February 24, 2022
- Have a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or a product at early to mid-stages of development (TRL3-TRL5)
- Are working on innovative solutions, services, and/or products
- Are interested in expanding their business into international markets
- Are seeking knowledge and support in legal and financial aspects
- Aim to refine their business strategies and market approaches
- Want to improve their pitching and presentation skills to attract investors

To participate in the events, you need to complete an application form. The deadline for submission is 10 days before the start of each workshop in each city.
