The first large batch of portable charging stations for children with Group A disabilities has arrived in Ukraine. This was announced by the Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine, Denys Uliutin.
The equipment is currently being unloaded at Ukrposhta logistics terminals in Kyiv and Lviv. It will soon be delivered to families whose children depend on uninterrupted power supply for vital needs.
Applications to receive the charging stations are being accepted until 1 April 2026. Parents, guardians or legal representatives can submit an application to the local office of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
If a family has more than one child in this subgroup, each child will receive a separate portable charging station.

The initiative is being implemented by the Ministry of Social Policy in cooperation with the Pension Fund, the Ministry of Energy and the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving, in partnership with Ukrposhta. Funding is provided from the state budget through the Decarbonisation Fund of Ukraine.
