The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has launched an educational series for public servants titled “Public Service Without Barriers” on the Diia.Education platform.
The project focuses on the practical application of accessibility principles in the work of state and local authorities.
The series consists of seven episodes and features practical examples and tools for everyday use. In particular, participants will learn to:
- conduct audits of physical accessibility – from building entrances to evacuation routes;
- create websites and documents that can be correctly read by screen readers for people with visual impairments;
- use clear language and appropriate terminology;
- develop realistic action plans instead of producing formal reports.
