Ten DECIDE career guidance hubs have begun operating in six regions of Ukraine. They serve as spaces for self-discovery and professional development, where teenagers can learn about different fields of activity, receive expert advice, and participate in practical career guidance activities.
At the Chernihiv Professional Lyceum of Railway Transport and Higher Professional School No. 7 in Kremenchuk, one career guidance hub was visited by more than 600 students in just a few months.
According to the ministry, in the hubs, students in grades 5-9 have access to up-to-date information about professions and labor markets, can identify their strengths, and plan their future path after school.
Career guidance hubs also host training sessions, workshops, and consultations with specialists, which helps teenagers broaden their understanding of possible career paths.
DECIDE career guidance hubs operate in the Kyiv, Lviv, Chernihiv, Poltava, Odesa, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.
