On the night of February 12, Russian troops carried out a massive attack on Kyiv, Dnipro, Odesa, and settlements in the Kharkiv region. As a result of the strikes, damage to residential buildings and infrastructure was reported, and civilians were wounded.
In Kyiv, debris from downed drones and ballistic missiles fell in the Darnytskyi and Dniprovskyi districts:
in the Darnytskyi district, the facade and windows of a residential building were damaged, and one person was injured;
in the Dniprovskyi district, drones fell near residential buildings in two locations, but no one was injured.
The State Emergency Service noted that rescuers and relevant city services are working on site, and specialists are inspecting the areas and recording the consequences.


In Odessa, a nine-story residential building was damaged as a result of a UAV attack. A fire broke out on the upper floors, which was quickly extinguished.
The city’s energy infrastructure was also damaged, fires broke out in market pavilions and in one of the supermarkets, windows in nearby buildings were broken, and cars were damaged. Rescuers extinguished the fires amid repeated air raid sirens.
According to preliminary information from the State Emergency Service, one person was injured. Psychologists provided assistance to 23 residents who were at the epicenter of the events.








In the Kharkiv region, Russian troops attacked the central part of the town of Barvinkove in the Izium district with drones yesterday evening. According to preliminary data, 13 people were injured.
One of the drones hit a two-story store building, causing extensive damage and a fire covering an area of more than 1,500 square meters.
After a second strike, multi-story residential buildings, garages, and cars were damaged. Cleanup operations have been completed, with rescuers also working under the threat of new attacks.







Four people, including two children, were injured in Dnipro as a result of a nighttime Russian attack.
The strikes caused several fires. Infrastructure, private residential buildings, and cars were damaged. Rescuers extinguished the fires and surveyed the area.
In the Synelnykivskyi district, the communities of Rozdorska and Vasylkivska were hit. Damage to infrastructure facilities and a kindergarten building was reported there.
