Approximately 1,000 people have received employment support through the Ukrainian Red Cross’s “Reboot” online service. The service helps people find jobs remotely and works in parallel with service centers in the regions.
According to the Ukrainian Red Cross, in 2025, nearly 1,000 people joined the program through the online service. Approximately half of the participants completed training and acquired new skills in relevant areas, including IT, SMM, recruiting, accounting, and logistics.
The service is implemented with the support of the Spanish Red Cross and operates in the Zakarpattia, Volyn, Rivne, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Chernivtsi, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions, as well as in the territories of Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, and Kherson regions controlled by Ukraine.
The following people can receive assistance under the program:
- members of households caring for people with disabilities or the elderly;
- people with chronic diseases;
- families of prisoners of war, deceased and missing defenders;
- citizens whose homes or property have been damaged as a result of hostilities;
- low-income households and other vulnerable groups.
After registering, program participants can take advantage of psychological support, career counseling, assistance in preparing resumes, and career development planning. Professional online training is also provided to increase competitiveness in the labor market.
Offline service centers for the Reboot program also operate in the Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Vinnytsia, Poltava, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Mykolaiv, and Kirovohrad regions, as well as in the capital.
