Within a week of the launch of the state support program, more than 7,000 families submitted applications for portable charging stations for children with disabilities in subgroup A.
For such children, a stable power supply is a matter of safety and life, as it ensures the operation of medical and rehabilitation devices.
The first large batch of equipment will arrive in Ukraine in the near future. Upon receipt, Ukrposhta JSC will deliver the charging stations directly to families. It is expected that children will receive assistance within the next few weeks.
Applications for portable charging stations can be submitted until April 1, 2026, by contacting the nearest service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in your region.
Children under 18 with disabilities in subgroup A who are in Ukraine are eligible for assistance. If there are several such children in the family, the equipment is provided to each child separately.
Applications can be submitted by parents, guardians, or legal representatives. Applications are also accepted from representatives of family-type orphanages, foster families, institutions for orphans, foster parents, and families where the child is temporarily placed.

It is noted that the program is being implemented by the State Agency for Energy Efficiency through JSC “Decarbonization Fund of Ukraine” in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, the Pension Fund of Ukraine, and JSC “Ukrposhta.”
The program is financed from the state budget at the expense of the State Fund for Decarbonization and Energy Efficiency Transformation of Ukraine.
