In Ukraine, applications are still being accepted for scholarships to study abroad for students in grades 8-11. The initiative is being implemented by the charitable organization Ukraine Global Scholars (UGS), which supports Ukrainian students from low-income families in entering foreign educational institutions.
The scholarship covers the full cost of tuition, accommodation, and meals at boarding schools and colleges abroad.
The selection process consists of three stages:
- candidates fill out an online application form;
- take English and math tests;
- attend 1 to 3 interviews with representatives of the admissions committee.
All participants who pass the selection process will receive assistance in preparing and submitting documents to foreign educational institutions.
According to the terms of the program, after completing their studies, scholarship recipients are required to return to Ukraine and work in the country for at least 5 years.
