The Ukrainian Red Cross will conduct first aid training courses in Kyiv. The classes will take place on 28 February and 1 March 2026.
During the training, participants will master basic and advanced first aid skills, including:
- first aid algorithm;
- stopping bleeding;
- cardiopulmonary resuscitation;
- assistance in cases of respiratory obstruction, loss of consciousness, injuries and burns.
Participants will also be taught the algorithm of actions in cases of stroke, poisoning, allergic reactions, convulsions and other emergency conditions.
It is noted that the emphasis is on practical skills so that participants can confidently apply the knowledge they have gained in real-life situations.
The training will be held in two formats:
- a one-day 6-hour course, which will begin on 28 February at 10:00;
- a two-day training course with a total duration of 12 hours, which will be held on 28 February and 1 March and will begin at 10:00.
Upon completion of the course, participants will receive an international certificate recognised in 191 countries around the world.
