Ukrainian media professionals are offered residency in Germany with a scholarship of €1,400 per week

Ukrainian journalists, videographers, photographers, and writers can apply for a two-week residency in Germany with financial support of €1,400 per week. The program involves working on an original media project about Ukraine at the University of Regensburg.

Participants will be able to focus on creating articles, reports, longreads, video and photo projects in a comfortable environment with access to the university’s library and archives.

The residency lasts up to two weeks, and the time of stay can be chosen independently between May and November 2026.

In addition to financial support, the program provides professional networking and the opportunity to organize an exhibition or presentation of your book or film.

Applications can be submitted via this link until March 15, 2026.

The program is implemented with the support of the DAAD and the German Federal Foreign Office.
