For cultural managers, artists, and activists working with veterans and internally displaced persons, the Culture Helps Solidarity grant program has been launched, providing individual financial assistance of up to €1,200 to support mental health in wartime conditions.
The funds received can be used for:
- psychotherapy;
- participation in stress management training;
- art therapy classes;
- retreats or other forms of psychological support.
The grant is for individual use and cannot be used for the needs of family members or close friends.
The program is aimed at cultural managers, artists, and activists who:
- are of legal age;
- live in Ukraine or have left for EU countries or other countries participating in the Creative Europe program after February 24, 2022;
- are actively involved in the reintegration of veterans or the integration of people forced to leave their homes due to the war;
- are experiencing the stress of war.
For potential participants, an online information session will be held on February 9 at 3:00 p.m. Kyiv time, during which questions can be asked to the program managers.
Applications can be submitted via this link until February 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Kyiv time.
