A warming centre for passengers travelling to and from Ukraine has begun operating at the railway station in the Polish city of Przemyśl. The initiative was implemented by Ukrzaliznytsia in cooperation with PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe.
PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe provided a tent for warming up, while Ukrzaliznytsia supplied hot tea and staff to help passengers find their way around the station.
The station is open from morning until late evening, throughout the entire time that trains run between Ukraine and Poland. There, passengers can warm up, rest and drink hot tea.
Over 150 people visited the station during its first days of operation.




Earlier, Ukrzaliznytsia opened the first invincibility point in the Polish city of Chełm. It continues to operate, with special compartments for children and passengers with animals.
