The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has launched a hotline that provides analytical and methodological support to communities in the correct application of existing mechanisms for calculating teachers’ salaries.
The hotline will help you understand:
- how to apply the educational subsidy formula in 2026;
- how the calculated and actual class sizes affect remuneration;
- the possibilities for the effective use of available financial resources from local budgets.
From 1 January 2026, teachers’ salaries were increased by 30% – this is the first stage of enhanced support for teachers. The government has allocated UAH 57.8 billion for its implementation.
Consultations are available on the hotline (044) 481-47-85 from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00.
