The Ministry of Social Policy, Family, and Unity of Ukraine, together with the international humanitarian organization World Central Kitchen and the Kyiv City State Administration, continue to provide hot meals to people in difficult life circumstances. As part of this cooperation, free lunches are provided to those under the care of territorial social service centers.
In the Desnianskyi district, the territorial center received 100 hot meals. Social services here are provided by 60 social workers who support elderly people and other vulnerable groups on a daily basis. In the Dniprovskyi district, 150 hot meals were distributed by 100 social workers.
Such initiatives are aimed at supporting those who need additional assistance due to difficult life circumstances, as well as ensuring stable access to hot meals during crisis situations. World Central Kitchen is known as a non-profit organization that provides food to victims of natural disasters and emergencies.
