After night shelling in Kyiv, emergency power cuts were introduced, temporarily suspending ground electric transport on the right bank of the capital. Buses are running on duplicate routes instead of trams and trolleybuses, according to the KCSA.

Due to damage to the energy infrastructure, about 500 buildings remain without heat.
