In Ukraine, about 400 medical institutions have expressed their willingness to join the state programme “Health Screening 40+”, which started on 1 January 2026. This was confirmed by Deputy Minister of Health Maria Karchevich at a briefing, noting that a list of all medical institutions where patients can undergo examinations will be posted on the MOH website.
The programme provides for free comprehensive medical examinations for citizens aged 40 and over, including physical examinations and laboratory tests. Patient data and screening results will be stored in a personal electronic medical record, which will allow doctors to continue medical care if risks or diseases are detected.
Healthcare facilities throughout Ukraine are applying to participate in the programme, and their number is constantly growing. A complete list of institutions where the service will be available will appear on the official website of the MOH in the near future.
