Google Cloud for Students: Confident Career Start

Google, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, is launching a free program for students called “Google Cloud for Students: Confident Career Start.” This initiative aims to provide students with knowledge and practical skills in cloud technologies, enhancing their competitiveness in the job market and contributing to Ukraine’s economic development and digital transformation.

The program includes access to the Google Cloud Skills Boost platform, where students can work with educational materials and complete practical lab exercises. Participants will explore various aspects of Google Cloud, including security, data analytics, and generative artificial intelligence.

For effective teaching and learning, a proficiency level of B1 or higher in English is recommended.

This spring, the program underwent successful testing and updates with the participation of faculty and students from several Ukrainian higher education institutions, including:

  • National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”
  • National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”
  • Lviv Polytechnic National University
  • Chernihiv Polytechnic National University
  • Sumy State University

The active involvement of these universities has prepared the program for a nationwide launch in the 2024-2025 academic year, ensuring the best learning experience for participants.
