KAI joins free preparation for NMT for military personnel and veterans

Kyiv Aviation Institute has joined the Winter Admission state programme, which offers free preparation for the National Multidisciplinary Test (NMT) and support for admission to higher education institutions.

The state provides programme participants with tuition fees, scholarships and accommodation in a dormitory.

As part of this programme, KAI offers additional applied courses in defence, including unmanned aerial vehicles, the basics of robotics, aviation history and biomedical engineering.

Participation is open to:

  • military personnel (with the consent of their command),
  • veterans and their children,
  • children of deceased defenders of Ukraine,
  • people who left the temporarily occupied territories in 2025.

The training lasts four months and includes three compulsory subjects — Ukrainian language, mathematics, and Ukrainian history — as well as one elective subject.

Programme participants can study full-time or remotely and receive up to 15 additional competitive points when applying to KAI.

The programme will start on 2 February, and applications are open until 30 January at this link.
