There are more than 1,200 warming centres and resilience centres operating in Kyiv, where residents can warm up and charge their phones, power banks and other electronic devices, according to the KCSA.
These locations have been set up in anticipation of a significant cold snap and power outages to provide Kyiv residents with basic comfort in difficult weather conditions.

Information about the nearest points can be saved in advance on your phone so that you can access it even without the internet.
In addition to municipal resilience points, socially responsible businesses are also setting up heating and charging points in shopping centres. Almost 200 such points are currently operating in Smart Plaza Obolon, Respublika, Art Mall, Blockbuster Mall, Darnitsa, and other shopping centres.
