On January 28, Ukraine will host an online training course entitled “Social Networks for Business from A to Z,” dedicated to building an effective SMM strategy for business. The event is being organized as part of the program “Supporting the Expansion of Women’s Economic Rights in Ukraine.” Participation in the training will take place online on the Zoom platform, with the start scheduled for 4:00 p.m.

The organizers note that the event is aimed at women entrepreneurs, communicators, and specialists who work with social networks and want to move from chaotic page management to a systematic strategy. During the training, they will discuss the role of SMM in the company’s overall communication policy, approaches to content creation for different platforms and audiences, as well as tools that help optimize work processes. Special attention will be paid to creative formats in business communications and practical solutions that have been tested in complex niches.
The speaker at the event will be Svitlana Kravchenko, Head of Digital at the Ministry of Defense’s Defense Procurement Agency and an expert with eight years of experience in SMM. She has worked with government agencies and non-governmental organizations and specializes in building effective digital communications.
The event is being organized by the Ukrainian Red Cross in partnership with the Austrian Red Cross, with the support of international donors and the organizational participation of the public organization UMIND. Registration for participation is open online.
