As part of the Skills4Recovery program, supported by the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Education, 1,200 qualified specialists have already been prepared for Ukraine’s recovery. The program, which has been running for a year, has also strengthened the capabilities of the State Employment Service. This includes agro-drones, 3D printers, Starlink satellite modems, specialized simulators, interactive panels, and various tools and machines.
To facilitate the integration of graduates into the labor market, they receive professional development and career counseling, support for developing entrepreneurial skills among youth and adults. 500 students have improved their business skills, and 190 recruiters are ready to support vulnerable groups.
