In Ukraine, applications are now being accepted for the 2026 StudBiz Award, organized by the School of ME public organization in partnership with the UMIND public organization and with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The initiative aims to develop social entrepreneurship in educational institutions, which is particularly important in the context of wartime and post-war challenges.
The award is designed to support existing social enterprises created on the basis of schools, colleges, and vocational and technical institutions. The organizers plan to select the five most promising projects, which will receive resources for further growth.

The winners will receive a grant of €2,000 in the form of necessary equipment or materials, as well as access to a training program and 20 hours of mentoring support from experienced entrepreneurs. A professional video will also be created for each project to help raise awareness and attract community support.
Only educational institutions that already have legally registered social enterprises and demonstrate real activity are eligible to participate. The jury will evaluate the submitted initiatives through the prism of social benefit, quality of business processes, and impact on the community.
Applications will be accepted until January 6, 2026. The online award ceremony and announcement of winners are scheduled for January 20, 2026. All details and the application form are available on the School of ME website.
