Previously, mobilized personnel could only apply for the program under general conditions and take out a loan at 7%. Now, the state is expanding opportunities for all those serving in the military to support them in purchasing their own homes.
In addition, the government has set fixed limits on the size of real estate that can be purchased under the program. The maximum size for an apartment will be 115.5 m², and for a house — 125.5 m². The limits will not depend on the number of family members.
The eOselya program continues to be one of the key tools for supporting Ukrainian families. Since its launch in the fall of 2022, 21,864 families have taken advantage of it, and the total amount of loans issued has reached UAH 37.4 billion. Among the new homeowners are 6,438 contract soldiers and veterans.
