Registration for participation in a new project for women leaders, “Manage Change,” has begun in Ukraine. The initiative was presented by the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development with the support of the International Transport Forum. The programme is focused on developing professional leadership and opening up new opportunities for those working in the transport industry and related fields.
The project is designed for women who want to strengthen their management skills, improve their career strategies, and develop their entrepreneurial potential. Participants will be able to work on ideas for their own businesses, social initiatives, and research, as well as expand their professional network. The programme involves experts from various sectors of transport infrastructure and local government.
Female executives and managers of transport companies, representatives of transport, infrastructure and economic development departments, and civil servants from relevant ministries and services are invited to participate. Applications are open to female researchers and lecturers working in the fields of transport, logistics or urban studies, as well as participants in retraining programmes and activists involved in the development of transport infrastructure.
The organisers are accepting applications until 26 December 2025.
