Ukraine launches new programme to support Ukrainian female entrepreneurs

Ukraine is launching an educational programme called “Dream and Achieve” for women who are planning to start their own business or develop an existing one. The initiative was created to help participants gain knowledge, find like-minded people, and take confident steps in entrepreneurship.

The training will last three months and consist of 14 online modules. Participants will work on developing business ideas, brands, online presence, and promotion strategies. The programme covers marketing, advertising, fundraising, customer service, and entering Ukrainian and international markets.

One of the key updates is an integrated AI chatbot. It will remind participants of lessons, send tests and practical tasks, allowing them to study at their own pace.

After completing the programme, participants will present their business ideas. The best ones will receive financial support in the amount of UAH 40,000, which can be used to develop their own business. Registration is open until 8 February 2026.

The Dream and Achieve programme is implemented by the non-governmental organisation Impact Force in partnership with UN Women, with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development. It also includes the national project Diia.Business. The initiative is funded by the Government of Sweden.
