Ukrainian game Tukoni wins DevGAMM Awards 2025

The Ukrainian game Tukoni received an award at the DevGAMM Awards 2025, an international competition for independent developers. The project was among the best of 1,122 participants from 53 countries, drawing attention to the Ukrainian video game industry and its growing creative potential.

Tukoni was created by Dream Operator studio based on the universe of artist Oksana Bula. Players immerse themselves in a quiet fairy-tale forest, where they help animals and gradually discover new parts of the world by solving puzzles. Atmospheric visuals, visual tenderness, and meditative mechanics were the key features that set the game apart from its competitors.

The full version of Tukoni: Forest Keepers is scheduled for release in 2026. A demo version is already available on Steam, allowing users to evaluate the first game locations and the style of interaction with the world of Tukoni.
