A new selection stage has begun in Ukraine for organisations seeking to develop their humanitarian capabilities. The Help Localisation Fund (HLF) has announced the start of the second round of registration, which gives charitable and non-governmental organisations the opportunity to receive a grant of €100,000.
HLF was created to enable Ukrainian organisations to implement projects independently and confidently, building partnerships based on mutual trust, transparency and equality. The support is aimed at strengthening local teams, developing management processes and enhancing the long-term sustainability of the humanitarian sector.
The second stage of applications is open from 17 November. Organisations can apply until 25 November 2025. The programme is looking for participants who are ready to offer high-quality projects that will help communities in crisis situations and expand the opportunities for local initiatives. All details regarding requirements and criteria are published on the official HLF website.
