On the night of 14 November, Russian troops launched a massive combined attack on Kyiv. Several areas of the capital have reported damage to residential buildings, fires and disruptions to utility services.
According to preliminary information, three people were killed. At least 26 residents of the city were injured, including two children aged 7 and 10. Nine people were hospitalised, including a pregnant woman. The rest were treated by medics on an outpatient basis or at the scene.
Damage was reported in most districts of Kyiv. In Darnytskyi, debris hit the courtyard of a residential building and the grounds of an educational institution, while in Dniprovskyi, several high-rise buildings and a private estate were damaged. In Podilskyi, five residential buildings and a non-residential building were damaged. Fires also broke out in Holosiivskyi, Desnianskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Solomianskyi, and Shevchenkivskyi districts. Rescuers, medics, and utility services are working at the scene.

Due to damage to heating networks in the Desnianskyi district, some buildings are temporarily without heating. Localised interruptions to heat supply have been reported in the Podilskyi and Sviatoshynskyi districts. Water supply in the city is stable.
Headquarters have been set up in several districts to help those affected. In Desnianskyi, they have been set up in schools No. 270 and No. 147 and near a building on Lisovy Avenue. In Dniprovskyi, they have been set up in school No. 31 on Berezova Street. In Sviatoshynskyi, the headquarters is operating on Akademika Palladina Avenue, and in Podilskyi, at 119 Mezhova Street and 132 Kyrylivska Street. In Obolonskyi district, assistance is being provided at Lyceum No. 252 and at a mobile headquarters near the damaged building. There, residents can receive material, psychological, and legal support.

Due to shelling in the capital, traffic was partially blocked. Trolleybus routes 6, 16, 18, 19, 33, 35, 37, 37-A, as well as bus routes 14-T, 20, 112, and 119 were temporarily rerouted. Most routes have already been restored.
Due to the fires that broke out after the attack, smog formed over the city. Despite this, the level of air pollution as of the morning of 14 November remains low, according to the city administration.
Energy companies have confirmed that scheduled power outages are in effect in Kyiv and that the consequences of emergency outages caused by the attack have been eliminated. Utility services are continuing restoration work.
