Organisations can submit projects in three areas:

The maximum amount of a single microgrant is 548,800 hryvnia, and the project duration is up to four months. Implementation is scheduled to begin on 1 December 2025 and end by 31 March 2026.
Applications will be accepted until 9:00 a.m. on 24 November 2025 via an online form. The application form, project budget and founding documents of the organisation must be attached to the questionnaire.
Applications may be submitted by registered non-profit organisations operating in the controlled territories of Ukraine that have the managerial and financial capacity to implement the project. If necessary, applications from newly established organisations or those with larger budget requests may be considered, provided they are duly justified.
Applications will be evaluated by the Selection Committee based on five criteria: quality of the programme component, focus on the target group, budget compliance, institutional capacity, and innovative approaches. All participants in the competition will receive the results of the selection process.
