The assistance will be available to orphans, children under guardianship, children with disabilities in foster families, internally displaced children, displaced persons with disabilities, and single pensioners. According to the government, the program is aimed at supporting those who need help the most during the winter season.

Payments will be made automatically through the Pension Fund, without the need to submit applications. The funds will become available at the beginning of December, and more than 660,000 people are expected to benefit from the initiative.

Citizens will be able to use the money for essential needs such as medicine, warm clothing, and footwear.
