Veteran PRO, a unified state platform that brings together all services and support programs for veterans, female veterans, and their family members in one place, has launched in Ukraine. Now, instead of dozens of websites, all you need to do is visit veteranpro.gov.ua to find all the information you need—from paperwork to rehabilitation, training, or starting your own business.
The platform was created by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine. Its main goal is to make the state support system more understandable, faster, and more accessible. Veteran PRO provides not just information, but a complete roadmap that helps users go through all the stages of receiving services step by step — from submitting an application to the final result.

The user selects their status — veteran, female veteran, person with a war-related disability, or family member of a fallen defender — and the system automatically generates a personalized selection of services. In the “Your Path” section, the platform displays an individual action plan: how to confirm status, where to get medical, social, or financial assistance, and what opportunities the state offers for further development.
The portal already has sections on medical rehabilitation, social protection, housing, education, employment, benefits, sports, and grant programs. Each topic is accompanied by detailed instructions, links, and explanations in an easy-to-understand format.
The platform is constantly being updated. The Ministry of Veterans Affairs plans to add new services — an AI chatbot for consultations, a catalog of business discounts, and regional support programs.
Veteran PRO is not just a website, but a digital assistant that helps navigate a large number of government services, reduces bureaucracy, and makes assistance more targeted. This is another step towards building an effective support system for those who defended Ukraine.
