On 15 October, applications opened for the Greenhouse of Ideas grant programme for creative start-up entrepreneurs from the Vinnytsia, Volyn, Odesa, Sumy, Ternopil and Khmelnytskyi regions.
The initiative is being implemented by the Swiss-Ukrainian project “Ukrainian Cohesion and Regional Development” (UCORD) in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.
The programme aims to support the development of cultural and creative industries in the regions. Individuals, entrepreneurs and legal entities who have ideas or are already developing businesses in the fields of visual or performing arts, design, video games, literature, architecture, crafts, cultural education, digitalisation, advertising and marketing are invited to participate.

The grants will cover 80% to 90% of the project implementation costs, and applicants must provide their own contribution of at least 10-20%. The amount of funding depends on the stage of business development: from UAH 200,000 to UAH 250,000 for entrepreneurs who have been operating for less than a year or are only planning to register, and from UAH 300,000 to UAH 500,000 for those who have been operating for more than a year.
The funds received can be used for product development, branding, market research, intellectual property registration, participation in exhibitions or other professional events.
Applications are accepted in Ukrainian via the Made in Ukraine portal at madeinukraine.gov.ua/profile until 23:59 on 16 November 2025. Applications will be reviewed in December, and winners will be announced in January 2026.

An online information session will also be held on 29 October at 16:00 on the UCORD YouTube channel.
