In the city of Ovruch, Zhytomyr region, a man detonated a grenade on a commuter train during his arrest. According to preliminary information, the explosion caused deaths and injuries.
According to the publication KOROSTEN today, the incident occurred while the train was in motion. Eyewitnesses said that the man took out the explosive device and detonated it when law enforcement officers tried to arrest him.
