The Cabinet of Ministers has approved additional funding of 2.5 billion hryvnia for the eVidnovlennya programme. The funds will be used to provide housing certificates to Ukrainian families whose homes were destroyed as a result of Russia’s armed aggression. This will enable more than 1,600 families to purchase new homes.
Deputy Prime Minister for the Restoration of Ukraine, Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksiy Kuleba emphasised that the government continues to provide systematic support to families who have lost their homes due to the war. According to him, the programme is being implemented transparently, with an emphasis on partnership with international organisations.

Funding for housing certificates will be allocated from the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression.
Since the launch of the eVidnovlennya programme, more than 143,000 families have received assistance. The total amount of compensation paid is almost UAH 50 billion. Of these, more than 116,000 families received funds to repair damaged houses and apartments in the amount of more than UAH 11 billion.
Housing certificates for completely destroyed housing were issued to more than 26,000 families in the amount of UAH 37.8 billion. About 17,000 families have already purchased new homes, including more than 8,000 families of internally displaced persons.
In addition, more than 700 families received the first tranche for rebuilding their homes on their own land plots in the amount of more than UAH 846 million, and 35 families received the second tranche in the amount of UAH 43.8 million.
