Lviv was the first city in Ukraine to introduce automatic display of fines in ‘Dii’

A system has been launched in Lviv that automatically displays fines for parking violations in the Diya mobile app. Drivers can now immediately see the inspector’s decision, check the details, and pay the fine online without paper notifications and delays.

This innovation allows for faster access to information and more convenient payment. At the same time, the city is reducing its administrative and postal costs, making the process more efficient and environmentally friendly.

The launch of the feature was the result of joint efforts by the Lviv City Council, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, and partners. Over the course of two years, the teams agreed on technical details, tested the system, and refined algorithms so that users could enjoy a simple and reliable service.
