Demand for mobile administrative service centres has grown in frontline regions

In the second quarter of 2025, more than 7,500 Ukrainians used the services of mobile administrative service centres. The highest number of requests was recorded in frontline and border regions, where access to stationary administrative service centres is difficult due to hostilities and damaged infrastructure.

In the Zaporizhzhia region, the number of requests quadrupled — from 504 in the first quarter to 2,157 in the second. In the Dnipropetrovsk region, the number of applications doubled — from 701 to 1,457. In the Kherson region, mobile ASC specialists provided assistance in 1,270 cases, compared to 798 in the first quarter. Activity also increased significantly in the Sumy, Chernihiv and Mykolaiv regions, where the number of requests increased several times over.

Mobile ASCs and digital suitcases work for those who are unable to get to a regular centre on their own. This is especially important for the elderly, veterans, people with disabilities, or residents of remote communities. Mobile services allow you to complete documents, receive social services, payments, or certificates without having to travel to a large city.

You can request a mobile administrator by phone, email, through the local ASC website, or using the SVOI chatbot on Telegram or Viber. To do this, select ‘Digital Suitcase’ and leave your contact details.
