In the digital space Veteran PRO in the “Dіia” application, a function has been introduced that allows defenders to evaluate the work of support specialists. The new tool was created to make veteran services more efficient and effective thanks to feedback from users.
To leave a review, simply log in to “Actions”, select the “Services” section and go to Veteran PRO. Next, find your specialist by surname, community or region, then click “Share your impressions”. Reviews are submitted anonymously, making the process simple and secure.

Users can rate specialists according to several criteria: professionalism, responsiveness, ability to resolve requests, quality and speed of communication. Feedback can include both thanks and suggestions for improvement.
The Ministry of Veterans Affairs notes that every rating matters — it helps to increase the level of support for veterans and motivates the specialists who work with them on a daily basis.
The service was implemented by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and Dіia, with the support of UNDP in Ukraine and the Government of Sweden. The Eurasia Foundation and the UK DIGIT project, funded by UK Dev, also worked on developing the solution.
The information campaign “Opportunities for Veterans” within this initiative is being implemented by the IREX Veterans Reintegration Programme with the support of the US State Department.
