Over the three years of the state program YeOselya, more than 20,000 Ukrainian families have been able to purchase their own homes. The greatest interest has come from military personnel and law enforcement officers, who make up 51% of all participants.
Loans totaling nearly 35 billion UAH have enabled 12,000 families to buy homes on the secondary market. The program has also attracted Ukrainians who previously did not own property (26%), as well as medical workers (8%) and teachers (7%).
The average age of participants is 35. The most active group consists of young people aged 26 to 35, who account for more than 44%.
Single-person households (32.9%) and families with one child (31.2%) most often choose YeOselya. On average, each family member receives 29.25 square meters of living space.
The largest number of purchases has been recorded in Kyiv and the Kyiv region, which account for almost half of all transactions under the program.
