The Ministry of Digital Transformation has opened applications for internships for female students and graduates in the field of digitalisation.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine and with the support of Sweden, has announced recruitment for an internship programme. It is designed for female students and graduates who want to gain practical experience in creating public digital services and expand their opportunities in the field of digitalisation.

The internship will run from November 2025 to February 2026. Participants will work mainly offline in Kyiv, with a workload of about 20 hours per week. They will be able to join the teams of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the state application ‘Dія’ or the Innovation Development Fund.

The programme has two tracks: technical, covering programming, UI/UX design, testing and service development, and non-technical — project management, business analytics, grant work, research and event organisation. Participants will also attend online webinars, discussions on digital transformation, and training sessions on leadership and public speaking.

Interns will receive monthly payments for completing tasks and a certificate upon completion of the programme. Applications can be submitted until 7 October 2025 by filling out an online form and attaching a cover letter. The selection process will take place in several stages: preliminary document review, online interview in Ukrainian and English, after which selected candidates will receive an official invitation.
