Diia.Education launches a new series for teachers on everyday classroom challenges

The national platform Diia.Education, together with the NGO Teach for Ukraine, has launched a new educational series for teachers titled “Classroom Challenge: The Beginning of Teaching.” The project aims to provide teachers with practical answers to the challenges they face every day.

The course consists of seven episodes in which experts share their experience and cover key topics in modern pedagogy. These include creating a safe classroom environment, working with inclusion, preventing bullying, building trust between students and teachers, and understanding the rights and responsibilities of all participants in the educational process. Special attention is given to preventing professional burnout and finding resources for personal and professional development.

The series will be useful for young teachers with up to five years of experience, educators who want to update their approaches, as well as students and graduates of pedagogical programs or other fields who plan to start teaching.

All episodes are available online for free. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate worth 0.2 ECTS credits under the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System.
