HUAWEI Ukraine, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, has announced the launch of the Student Tech Challenge 2025 team competition. The event will bring together students from various universities across the country to work on real-world technical challenges in the fields of telecommunications, networking, and energy.
The competition format includes several stages, from online meetings and mentoring sessions to pitching and the final in Kyiv. Participants will be able to propose their own innovative solutions, receive advice from company experts, and test their knowledge in practical projects.

The organisers emphasise that this is not just a competition, but a chance for students to apply their knowledge, gain real experience and develop practical skills. The winners will receive valuable prizes and the opportunity to intern at HUAWEI Ukraine, and all participants will receive certificates that will be an additional advantage in their future careers.
Student teams of 2 to 5 people studying for a bachelor’s degree (from the third year) or first year of a master’s degree are eligible to participate. The English language requirement is no lower than B1, as the final defence of projects will be in English.
