Ukraine is the first country in the world to implement artificial intelligence for the provision of public services. The new assistant, Diia.AI, helps users find services, check property and business data, and receive services directly in the chat. Income information is already available, and the list of services will be expanded by the end of the year.

To use Diia.AI, you need to log in to the Diia portal, select the appropriate section, and send your request in the chat. The assistant will guide you step by step on how to open an individual business or use other services. In the future, the technology will also be integrated into a mobile application.
Similar solutions are in place in the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Estonia, but the Ukrainian project is the first to provide public services directly in a chat. Dія.АІ is currently in open beta testing, and users can leave feedback to improve the service.
The development was carried out with the assistance of the UK DIGIT project, implemented by the Eurasia Foundation and funded by UK Dev, and with the support of the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP programme, implemented by the Eastern Europe Foundation.
